Perk Up With Photofunia

So, I found out about this site quite some time ago but never actually tried it. Today so happen to be a drop dead boring day and after my nightly conversation with Blackie, didn't felt like sleeping yet so, decided to give Photofunia a shot. Dug out some pictures and randomly select the effects and tadaa. It's actually a pretty entertaining software.

Here there are. =)

Dad, this is for you. Not the Russian roundtable though... better..hahah

Bloop Bloop....This Moment

I've had one week of sheer relaxation but torture's coming once again. They just never end. haha...

Incoming - Bio test, CSC tutorial, Econs test, Bio quiz, CSC assignment due and the next assignment takes place, Bio assignment coming, Econs assignment: all taking place in more or less 2 weeks time

See what I mean. This semester really is no joke. Hectic.

From the start of the semester until now, the only time I actually had total fun and rest was the weekend before my birthday. My mind was completely off studies and other school's shenanigans. Now, I really missed those times. In Genting, explicit bliss. The soothing cool zephyr that sweeps around and all the thrill rides that got me screaming and laughing my lungs out was just perfect. Not forgetting the company of delicious ice-cream of which I'm so deprived of. Ooooo...My dear Baskin Robbins, I miss you so. Shopping in Midvalley was nothing less of perfection either. Shopping is an amazing recipe to cure sadness and more company from Baskin Robbins. sighh.

I miss home. I miss my sis. How I wish I could also go home when I see most of my friends going home yesterday since Monday is a holiday. haha.... Oh well... It's ok. I'm going back in 12 days time for an ocassion very dear and important to me. You'll find out soon. =)

Anyway, enough of the flashback. My blog is turning matte and mundane. My new blog is under way but till then, it's time for happy pictures. =D

On the Ferris Wheel

The Carousel. My absolute favorite kiddie's ride. After Stairways to Heaven popularized it, I love it a whole lot more.

The one thing that never fail to plead me guilty - Chocolate
At the doorway of Beryl's Chocolate store
The decoration definitely screams lovely.
Chocolate Encyclopedia - I'd sure want one
I wasn't ready! I just like the chocolate that I'm sitting on. Cute ain't it?
nyahaha.... I like tall and strong guys. haha
Went for the errmm...4D show... it's really silly...
Simple relaxing joy ride
Enjoying the view from above with my Baskin. yum! I'm so deprived of good ice-cream in Inti

After hours of shopping nonstop, went to Kenko to feed some fishes my dead skin. hehe... I love fish spa. Instantly thought of my parents because the first time I did this, they brought me. Miss home......

captionless
while waiting for the clock to strike 12am but was so tired after a whole day of shopping so went to sleep before that but was dragged out of bed at 12am for
...this. Because it was so sudden, I didn't have time to sort through my wishes so my birthday wish this year wasn't as long as last year's. hehe
horrid hair.

Recently, I'm battling my facial skin. Skin's really bad and it had been this way for months. sigh....so.....brace urself for the picture below... behold the ugliness of....
tee hee.... marks the end of my trip...

Thank you Fatin, Hidayah, Madonna, Anna, and Blackie for the presents. XOXO

Came & Went........

I'm back from my little relaxing vacation. It was really nice and just what I needed after intense pressure. hehe... But time passes really fast. Headed back to school with a very heavy heart. haha...

Oh ya, I've officially reached the last of my teen years. I turned 19 yesterday. =D hehe... I love birthdays albeit I get older but it's exciting. This year's birthday was really errrmm..... a drift away from the usual. No big cake, no family around, not many friends around either. This is the first time I celebrate my birthday with only 1 symbolical candle. I like having many candles to blow but it's alright. I'm still happy. =D

I really missed my sister for reasons I've yet to percolate. Why do I miss you, Annie?? hehe... When I was in Genting, I thought about how big a coward she is because she never dared to go on thrill rides with me even after she promised she would. Hmmphh... That is why, I never sat on very extreme thrill rides because sitting alone is boring and pathetic. No one to laugh and scream with. Pfftt... but this time, I sat for nearly all the thrill rides. Didn't go for the flying coaster though. Perhaps next time. I finally sat on corkscrew. Happy. Had always wanted to try that and it really made me flinched but it was fun. I love theme parks. =D

Went shopping in Midvalley too and yet again, I missed Ann. Midvalley Megamall used to be our comfort shopping zone in KL because mum would usually booked us a room in either Boulevard of Cititel since they are both connected to Midvalley Megamall and both Ann and I would be roaming the whole shopping mall and no matter how our legs were killing us with sores and aches, we would not stop walking until we got to the pinnacle of satisfaction or simply fall broke. heheh...

I called Ann a few times to tell her I'm shopping and all that because she's having exams now. Adding some salty condiments to her wound. hehe... She told me she got me a birthday pressie from MNG. muahaha... love love!!

Deep breaths. It's back to work. -_-" I had to prepare for my public speaking presentation tomorrow. I'm not decided on my topic yet. Was comtemplating to talk about Terracotta warriors. Not sure though.

Sorry for the lack of pictures.Lazy to elaborate and add pics.

Update : p/s : Iannie, I miss you too... hahaha....

Delayed Chinese New Year Post

I've been putting this post on hold for quite a while already and I thought I better get to it while it's still Chinese New Year, speaking of which, I wont have my "Chap Goh Mei" dinner with family this year. Awwhhh....

My blog is turning stale and getting mundane by the day. You must be bored. My apologies. I'm chained by piles of work of which I'm doing in an extremely unbearable slow pace.

Anyhoo, I'll just get to the point. So, my Chinese New Year was a very simple one though I claimed to be a fan of festivities, I don't actually do much. Festivities are nice especially when they draw closer and you start feeling their jitters. hehe... My family doesn't visit much but at least this year,we had an open house so, got to see more people as compared to last year.

As usual, New Year's Eve dinner at grandma's. Simple but palatable. Gratified.
We love granny's new mirror.
Been featuring a lot of Tyler but I can't help it. Love him to bits.

When the clock stoke 12am, need I say more? Understood right? Bang bang bang.... Fireworks and firecrackers killed silence besides huffing and puffing horrifyingly pungent smoke. The entire place basically reeks of smoke and that particular time in Kuching, there was no wind thus, stagnant smoke everywhere inside and outside the house. *chokessss*

Injuries to the lungs.

First Day.... According to Chinese astrology, my lucky color on the first day is red, hence, the red kimono dress... I don't exactly believe in all those but just followed for the fun of it and there's no harm in doing so. (actually, I really need lots of luck this year especially when concerns studies..hehe)

Visiting grandma. Always the first house.
Dad and Mom... I just realized... matching color!! The old flame's adorable.
Tyler in
samfu. Cute!
Ann looking so grown up. *teary* haha... I forced her into buying high heels. She's 16.Got to instill the idea now before it's too late which reminds me of the peribahasa I use in nearly every BM essay "melentur buluh biarlah dari rebungnya". haha... One day, she's going to have dying propensity to shop for heels heels & heels. muahaha... Then, we can share so we have more choices. (the whole purpose) =p Sorry Ian, no pic of you on first day.
Sis friends came and they played some game with the punishment of drinking unique concoctions of whatever edible food that comes to mind.
That's Desmond eagerly wanting to drink up what his talented bartender friends made for him.

2nd day... visited mum's friends and Blackie.
Mum and her bestfriend. (They talk on the phone every night..sweet isn't it?)
Ann and Mavis, Aunty Mui Hong's daughter who happens to be Ann's schoolmate.
Ian & Ann
Did I mention we love mirrors?
Met up with Isabel, Aixora, Kelvin and Blackie's house.
Miss miss miss you, Bel!!
3rd day - Open House
Mum and her friends together with grandma and Iva.
Ann and her swarm of guy friends. There were more. They were scattered so couldn't capture everybody.

Stephanie, Chrislynn, Magdalene, and me. It's been so long since I last met them. Glad to see them again. =D
Jing Tuang!! My long lost friend. He was the pionier of my evil label and he is still living up to the stigma I gave him. Evil meanie but he's actually a really nice friend.
He is a considerably good pianist. Guys that can play piano - enticing! haha....
My Lulu "ee ee" is back from Aussie. She's like my Godaunty or something like that. The caucasian is Matthew, her betrothed. I look like a blood-sucking-junkie in that picture. I now agree that flash is a spoiler.
Roger, Alvin and my bro, Ian.
Ian and his girl pals. Sorry Iannie, I didn't take pictures of your other friends that came. tee hee..
My bestfriends. Isabel, Athila, Aixora, and Joanne.
The dark guy there is Blackie. Maybe I should change his nick to Brownie. It's more precise. haha...
No need for introduction to who that lovely girl in white is right? But anyhoo, she's my BFFL! She's going to be my bridesmaid in the future! hahaa....
Bro, Bel, Xora
5th day - Watched Redcliff 2.... Ahhh....I can't ever get enough of China's history. Adore it to the core... I'm always musing to be in one of those ancient people's shoes.. temporarily. I want to know how it feels like to be the demure and subservient ladies especially to the revered warriors. So cool... I really don't mind taking a leap back into those ancient Greek times too where people wear togas. Love love love!!

6th day - Visiting my infamous 2nd cousin, Jessie Chung.. She's actually really nice and gentle with nice slender legs.
That's her in white.

That's all. Sweet and simple. Really tired so sorry for the typo if there's any. Adios amigos
